Welcome to Stellar Forge Solutions (Stellar Forge Tech). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and apps: Billing, Expense Tracker, and Orders. By accessing or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Stellar Forge Solutions
Stellar Forge Solutions builds simple billing, expense tracking, and order management software for small businesses in India. Our services are designed for kirana stores, laundries, tailors, boutiques, printing shops, repair workshops, and other small businesses.
2. Use of our apps
You may use the Billing, Expense Tracker, and Orders apps for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the apps for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the apps.
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Use the apps to harass, defame, or threaten any person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Account and shop data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All data you enter into the apps — including shop details, sales, purchases, expenses, udhari records, and order data — is owned by you. We store and process this data to provide the apps to you.
4. Pricing and payment
₹99/month or ₹849/year with a 15-day free trial. Stellar Forge Orders is free forever with limits (100 orders per month); after the free limit, extra orders cost ₹0.30 each and you can set a monthly limit so there are no surprise charges. Basic is ₹29/month (or ₹249/year) and Pro starts from ₹199/month, customised to your shop. We may change pricing with notice. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹).
5. Refunds
Subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5.5 Advertising and overage charges
The Orders free plan may show third-party advertisements (Google AdSense) on dashboard pages. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are completely ad-free. Orders beyond the included free or plan limit are charged at ₹0.30 per order as per your selected plan. Transaction and shop data entered into the apps is never shared with ad networks or used for personalised advertising.
6. Intellectual property
Stellar Forge Solutions owns all intellectual property in the website, apps, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our apps or website without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar Forge Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our apps or website.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when changes were made. Continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
