  • Shop information — shop name, type, address, phone number, and WhatsApp number.
  • Transaction data — sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payment records generated in the apps.
  • System and usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and app usage.
  • Cookie and tracking data — information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Billing, Expense Tracker, and Orders apps.
  • Create and manage your shop account.
  • Send you service-related communications, such as order confirmations and transaction summaries.

5.5 Advertising and overage charges

The Orders free plan may show third-party advertisements (Google AdSense) on dashboard pages. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are completely ad-free. Orders beyond the included free or plan limit are charged at ₹0.30 per order as per your selected plan, and you can set a monthly limit so there are no surprise charges. Transaction and shop data entered into the apps is never shared with ad networks or used for personalised advertising.

6. How your data is shared

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share your data with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as app hosting providers and analytics tools.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

App data and advertising — The transaction and shop data you enter into the Billing, Expense Tracker, and Orders apps is used to run the apps. This data is never shared with ad networks for advertising purposes, and it is never used by Google or other ad networks to show you personalised ads.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
