Is there a free trial?
Orders has a free plan with 100 orders per month, free forever with limits. Billing and Expense Tracker have a 15-day free trial, and no card is needed.
What happens after 100 free orders?
You choose: continue and pay a few paise per extra bill, order or entry, up to a monthly limit you set, or wait until next month. We will message you on WhatsApp with the amount, and you pay by UPI. We never charge without telling you. Your data is never locked.
Why are there ads on the free plan?
The free plan shows one small banner ad on dashboard pages. Basic and Pro remove ads completely.
Can I get my own branding and staff logins?
Yes, on the Pro plan. It includes your logo, colours and shop name on the customer tracking page, staff logins, custom stages, a custom domain and a verified shop badge.
What are the subscription charges?
Orders has three plans: Free at ₹0 with 100 orders per month, Basic at ₹29/month (or ₹249/year), and Pro from ₹199/month, customised to your shop. Billing and Expense Tracker are ₹99/month (or ₹849/year) with a 15-day free trial. Extra orders beyond the free limit cost ₹0.30 each.
Can I use multiple apps together?
Yes. Expense Tracker can connect to Billing so printed bills become sales automatically. Orders uses the same login and look as Billing.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no hidden charges.
Can I upgrade to a Pro plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a Pro plan with staff logins, custom domain, and multi-user access starting from ₹199/month.
